East with their comments, they have solicited help from Fred Tranquilli of
Lerners LLP based out of London.
The municipality previously used Tranquilli for a second opinion to see if they could draft a bylaw to protect the health of residents of Huron East. Tranquilli advised council such a bylaw couldn’t be defended.
Bernie MacLellan, said the comments and suggestions from Tranquilli could come within the next two weeks, in time for the next council meeting, but hoped the municipality would receive them soon as there are only two meetings before the end of the 30-day comment period.
